Inspired by by the engravings on Victorian-era love tokens, this Souvenir signet ring is one of the first of my original designs for my Reimagined Collection.   Love tokens were a global phenomenon, and people who take coins to jewelers to have them engraved with names, nicknames, meaningful phrases, bon mots and even some things that defy explanation but are nonetheless amusing.  While we will never know what happened that drove someone to take a dime to their jeweler and have it engraved, we swoon at the thought of someone receiving it!

Cast in 14k Yellow Gold and set with an Emerald, the face of this ring is 18mm.
